Description

Central Skills is the warehousing arm of Care Training East Midlands (CTEM). CTEM has been meeting the training needs of companies and individuals since 1995.

In 2008 CTEM acquired a warehouse in Bilborough, Nottingham to deliver a variety of Training and recruitment services to the warehousing and logistics sector. This warehouse was named Central Skills. Over the years the brand has grown to encompas security and construction.

Central Skills’ warehouse has a large area for driving fork lift trucks as well as several classrooms with computers.

We use pioneering technology to engage adult learners in a variety of innovative ways, as well as more traditional group and one-to-one work.

We have strong and sustainable links with communities throughout the East Midlands and work closely with national organisations like the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), the National Apprenticeship Service, the European Social  Fund (ESF), Ufi and Jobcentre Plus.
